A newly established restaurant in Shomolu, Lagos is seeking a polite, trustworthy, and customer-friendly Cashier to manage customer payments and support smooth front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate should be accurate, well-presented, and professional.
Responsibilities:
Receive payments and issue receipts accurately
Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
Attend to customers politely and handle inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
Work closely with the service and management teams
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cashier is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of POS systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to work under pressure
