- Employees of Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies of the Federal or Provincial Government and Local Bodies are not eligible for age concession based on their service period in such organizations.
- If a candidate claims that their qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, they must submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC of the concerned Administrative Department).
- Failure to submit an Equivalence Certificate at the time of the interview or when requested will result in cancellation of the candidature.
- Candidates claiming experience in a private firm/entity must provide proof of registration with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority at the time of the interview. Failure to do so will result in application rejection.
- Candidates must apply for a Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC from their respective department immediately after applying for a PPSC post and present it at the time of the interview (if called).
- Candidates must ensure they have applied for or obtained a Registration Certificate from PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant bodies before the closing date and submit it at the time of the interview.
